The protocol for discounted forklift operator training for the employees of our industrialists was signed with Aktif İş Makineleri on 12.10.2023 and extended for 1 year. With this protocol; Forklift Operator, Overhead Crane Operator, Electric Pallet Truck, Personnel Riser and Mobile Crane offered by Aktif İş Makineleri for forklift training is 4250.00 TL per person excluding VAT. The examination fee determined by the Ministry of National Education and the operating fee for the driver's license are not included, and this fee will be covered by the trainee or his/her institution. AOSB has no obligation for collection.
The protocol dated 10.07.2019 was renewed on 26.12.2023 and extended for 1 year for our Organized Industrial Zone Directorate, which acts with the mission of providing quality, economical and distinctive services, in order for our Industrialists and Employees to benefit from DÜNYAGÖZ Hospital for treatments related to eye health, to be diagnosed and treated on an outpatient and/or inpatient basis in health institutions affiliated with DÜNYAGÖZ, and to determine the procedures to be performed during treatment and application principles and to include discounts in payment terms.

We are increasing the number of University-Industry collaborations every day in order to ensure that the companies operating in Adana Hacı Sabancı Organized Industrial Zone (AOSB) benefit more from national and international incentives, to create collaborations with the academic community, to improve production processes and to provide a more dynamic and effective service.
In this context, as AOSB Regional Directorate, we have been cooperating with Osmaniye Korkut Ata University (OKU), Tarsus University, Adana Alparslan Türkeş Science and Technology University (ATU), Çukurova University (ÇÜ), and we provide students with the opportunity to carry out internships and graduation projects in companies located in AOSB. At the same time, the technical and academic knowledge and experience of universities are utilized in activities such as analysis, feasibility studies, clustering and mentoring activities needed by AOSB and its companies.

Almost all of the services provided by İŞKUR Adana Provincial Directorate are provided at the İŞKUR contact point located in the AOSB Public Campus. Some of these services include on-the-job training programs, Syrian incentive programs, MEGIP courses, unemployment benefit applications, directing job-seeking citizens to suitable jobs, meeting the staff needs of employers, and vocational counseling services at schools in and around AOSB.
KOSGEB, which was established to increase the impact of medium and small-scale enterprises and their share in the industry in order to meet social needs and economy in our country, also serves the purpose of increasing the competitiveness and level of these enterprises. As AOSB, we support our industrialists in all processes together with KOSGEB, which helps SMEs to increase their level of competition and improve themselves in areas such as export, institutionalization and R&D.

On 23.03.2021, our Adana Hacı Sabancı Organized Industrial Zone Directorate signed a cooperation protocol with AFAD within the scope of the Disaster Training Campaign initiated due to the determination of 2021 as Turkey's Education Disaster Year. With the protocol, it is aimed to encourage the employees of all factories and enterprises in our region to receive "Disaster Awareness Training", to lead the organization, to inform the necessary authorities about the full participation of the personnel in the trainings, to ensure the use of the AOSB large meeting hall in the training of enterprises requesting face-to-face training, to provide support for the dissemination of the AFAD Volunteering System and the promotion of volunteering through employees, and to ensure that the printed / digital written, visual, audio-visual materials prepared by AFAD for citizens are visibly available.
