BEKIR SÜTCÜ

CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Born in 1962 in Kayseri, Bekir SÜTCÜ graduated from Adana Cumhuriyet Primary School in 1974. In 1977, he graduated from Adana Istiklal Secondary School. In 1978, he left Adana Boys' High School in the first grade and turned to working life. Mr. SÜTCÜ continued his career as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Abdioğulları Plastik ve Ambalaj Sanayi A.Ş., located in Adana Hacı Sabancı Organized Industrial Zone, and has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Adana Hacı Sabancı Organized Industrial Zone since September 2010. He is also the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Organized Industrial Zones Supreme Organization (OSBÜK). He is married and has five children.

ÖMER KAYA

VICE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Born in 1960 in Adana, he completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Adana. After completing his higher education abroad in the fields of Arabic Language Literature and Theology Education, he graduated from Adana Alparslan Türkeş Science and Technology University Engineering Management Master's Degree. Since 1985, he has been the manager of the family company operating in the Textile and Apparel sector, and since 1995, he has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors of family companies operating in different sectors as an industrialist. He was a member of the Adana Commodity Exchange Assembly between 2005-2009. Currently, he is a Member of the Assembly at Adana Chamber of Industry and a Member of the Audit Board at the Mediterranean Textile Raw Materials Exporters Association. Since 2014, Ömer KAYA, who has been a member of the AOSB Board of Directors since 2014, has been serving as the Deputy Chairman of the AOSB Board of Directors as of December 2016. He is married and has three children.

He was born in 1971 in Hatay. While living in Hatay until 1998, he served in the marble sector. In 1999, he came to Adana and aimed to grow in the trade and industry sector in Adana Organized Industrial Zone. While continuing to operate in the marble sector, he started to serve in the cable sector in 2017. Ako Marble Cable Transportation San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. Yusuf KARA, who continues his business life as a Company Partner in his company, has been a member of the AOSB Board of Directors since 2016. He is married and has two children.

M.NEDIIM BÜYÜKNACAR

BOARD MEMBER

Born in 1972 in Gaziantep, Mehmet Nedim BÜYÜKNACAR studied at Adana Necati Bey Primary School and Adana Seyhan Işık College and graduated from Çukurova University Faculty of Arts and Sciences as a Biologist. He then completed his Master's degree in Engineering Management at Adana Alparslan Türkeş University in 2021. In 1993, he founded his company and started selling pesticides in Public Health. In 2006, he opened the Public Health Pharmaceuticals production factory in Adana Organized Industrial Zone, which has the licenses of the Ministry of Health. It continues its production in cooperation with the world giant Japanese Sumitomo. After a long period of substitute membership, he was elected to the AOSB Board of Directors in 2018. M. Nedim BÜYÜKNACAR, who has various NGO memberships in Adana, is married and has 2 children.

MEHMET TOSMUR

BOARD MEMBER

Born in 1980 in Adana, Mehmet TOSMUR completed his primary school in İmamoğlu and then studied at Adana Gündoğdu College for his secondary and high school education. Mehmet TOSMUR, who graduated from Çağ University, Department of Business Administration, is the Vice President of Tosmur Group, which started in 1999 and still continues to operate in the Food, Chemical, Plastic and Software sectors. Mehmet TOSMUR, who has been a member of the Adana Chamber of Industry Assembly for 3 terms and is a member of many non-governmental organizations such as AGİAD, Sailing Club, NİSAD, etc., is married and has 3 children.
