- Providing project consultancy services to academia and industry (project writing, execution and reporting),
- Developing R&D-based projects for industrial organizations to benefit from national and international grants and support programs,
- The scientific studies of academics are put into the service of the sectors in need, implemented and commercialized,
- Directing the requests from the industry to the right academician with expertise in the subject at the university and ensuring that consultancy services are received,
- Establishment of university-industry meeting platforms,
- Developing an industrial needs analysis in line with the information obtained during industrialist visits to identify the problems of industrialists,
- It carries out activities such as contract management and follow-up of financial issues in projects at the cooperation stage.
