Service Units

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES UNIT

Responsible for managing the organization's information infrastructure, producing technological solutions and ensuring the security of information systems.

The tasks undertaken by the Information Technologies Unit include information systems management, network infrastructure management, development and management of hardware and software used within the organization, project management, data management, security and protection management, following and implementing new technologies and providing support to end-user technical problems.

ENVIRONMENTAL UNIT

Domestic Water Treatment Unit

The 1st Domestic Water Treatment Plant, commissioned in 1992 to meet the domestic water demand of the region, and the 2nd Domestic Water Treatment Plant, commissioned in 2017, are located by the Ceyhan River, 4.5 km from the region. The total capacity of the plants is 9,250 m 3 /h and 222,000 m 3 /day. The water taken from the Ceyhan River is treated and discharged to two 15,000 m 3  capacity, two 6.000 m 3  capacity, one 4.000 m 3  capacity water tanks and from these points it is supplied to the factories in the region. Since the year the facility was commissioned, uninterrupted water has been supplied to the companies. There are a total of 482 water subscribers in the region, and this unit controls and inspects the meters of the companies that have water subscriptions and creates water accruals.

Waste Water Treatment Unit

AOSB Wastewater Treatment Plant, which treats domestic and industrial wastewater from factories and facilities in Adana Hacı Sabancı Organized Industrial Zone, consists of Physical, Chemical and Biological Treatment Units. The plant is designed as 2 (two) stages. 1st Stage36.000 m 3 /day and 2nd Stage36.000 m 3 /day for a total of 72,000 m 3 /day capacity, the current daily flow rate of the Wastewater Treatment Plant is approximately 65,000 m 3 /day with 70,000 m 3 /day. The characteristic of the wastewater coming from the companies in the region to the Wastewater Treatment Plant, which serves 482 companies producing in our region, is Mixed Industrial wastewater, which cannot be determined by sector, and the wastewater treated in the plant is discharged to the receiving environment (Ceyhan River) in accordance with Table -19 Standards of the Water Pollution Control Regulation.

SUPPORT SERVICES UNIT

  • Our Directorate of Support Services was established and started its activities in 2021. Within the work and responsibilities of our Directorate;
  • Trade Center Management, (Rental, Maintenance-Repair, Cleaning and Administrative Activities).
  • AOSB Fire Department management and sustainability of its activities.
  • Management of security service and Mobese Monitoring Center within the boundaries of AOSB region.
  • Monitoring the maintenance and repair of vehicles, equipment and work machines within AOSB, dispatching and planning of vehicles and resolving vehicle breakdowns.
  • Construction maintenance/repair and renovation activities of all buildings belonging to AOSB.
  • Management of general warehouse/stock activities of our Regional Directorate.
  • Management of subcontracting processes.

Management of Occupational Health and Safety activities. Other administrative business activities include.

Corporate Communication Unit

To ensure that the Regional Directorate establishes and maintains a healthy relationship with the media, to organize in-house special activities, to improve the relations between the industrialists and the AOSB Regional Directorate based on mutual trust, to inform the industrialists about the activities of the AOSB Regional Directorate, to organize trainings and activities to increase work efficiency, To conduct public opinion surveys, to make various surveys to industrialists, to make determinations by examining the region from the industrialists' point of view, to follow up all phases from making the necessary contacts in projects related to promotion and training to the finalization of the project, to learn the demands and complaints of the industrialists and to make interviews with the necessary people are the main duties.

Fire Department

To intervene in the fires occurring in the AOSB and its immediate surroundings with its team and to carry out extinguishing activities, to issue a report on fire, to issue the fire brigade report to the companies within the boundaries of the OIZ, to carry out conformity control and signature works of industrial facilities, construction structures, Fire - Sanitary - Mechanical Installation Projects, to have training and drills in accordance with fire extinguishing and evacuation plans in line with the 'Emergency Action Plan' of the employees working in industrial facilities and to issue reports are the main duty responsibilities.

ENERGY UNIT

Electricity Operation Unit

AOSB continues its electricity distribution activities within the framework of the "OIZ Electricity Distribution License" obtained in 2007. AOSB's electrical energy needs are provided by 15 output feeders from the 154/31.5kV Misis TM of TEİAŞ and 16 output feeders from the 380/31.5kV Misis OSB TM of TEİAŞ, which was commissioned in 2023. The electricity distribution network consists of 9 main distribution centers, 21 distribution centers and 131 auxiliary distribution centers. In the distribution of electrical energy, an interconnected closed ring distribution network system is used to provide uninterrupted, continuous and high quality electricity to our industrialists. As of the end of 2016, the electricity distribution network was completely transferred to the underground network and energy was provided to the industrial parcels of our participants independently through the underground network.

The AOSB electricity distribution network can be monitored and controlled 24 hours a day with the SCADA system. In addition, with the SCADA system, all data in the network are recorded and necessary analyzes can be made. Our subscribers can monitor their electricity consumption instantly thanks to the OSOS system. In order to maintain the electricity operation service continuously and effectively, our operation personnel provide 24/7 service in shift order.

As of the end of 2023, 1.7 billion kWh electricity consumption was realized by 639 electricity subscribers in our region. As a result of the renewal works and maintenance and repair activities we have carried out, our loss and leakage rate in electricity has been realized as %0.3 (3 per thousand). These rates are the lowest rates both among OIZs and in Turkey.

Natural Gas Operation Unit

Natural Gas has been in use in our region since January 2006. The Natural Gas Operations Department ensures the safe and uninterrupted distribution of the gas used in the industry to the region. In our region, we have RMS-A/1 station with 75000 Nm³/h35-70 bar inlet 12-19 bar outlet and RMS-A2 station with 30000 Nm³/h35-70 bar inlet 30 bar outlet. A2 station is used for the needs of a company that produces electricity with cogeneration. Within our region, 23 km of steel lines of various diameters from 2″ to 12″ and 67.5 km of polyethylene lines were laid. Along with these lines, there are a total of 6 RMS-B stations with 3-4 bar output, 5 of 9000 Nm³/h and 1 of 5000 Nm³/h in the region. With the aforementioned infrastructure, the companies that have completed their infrastructure benefit from the gas distributed to the regional lines through the subscription system. Periodic maintenance continues regularly with all the operating factors necessary to provide safer, more economical, cleaner and 24-hour uninterrupted natural gas service. It is the main responsibility of our unit to ensure that the protection and physical structure of the natural gas infrastructure and superstructure distribution system in the region is constantly operational and to ensure the uninterrupted service. Our subscribers can monitor their natural gas consumption instantly through the OSOS system.

LEGAL AFFAIRS UNIT

In accordance with the objectives, principles and relevant legislation determined by Adana Hacı Sabancı Organized Industrial Zone Directorate, giving opinions on legal issues and draft legislation concerning the relevant units, following up the work and transactions related to legal services and legal consultancy, in judicial and administrative cases to which Adana Hacı Sabancı Organized Industrial Zone Directorate is a party, Representation of the institution in execution proceedings and all other legal disputes referred to the judiciary, execution of activities related to judicial and administrative lawsuits and other legal processes, preparation of the necessary legal opinions by examining the draft contracts, specifications to be issued by the institution, and the works related to the existing and / or future disputes between the institution and third parties.

ZONING AND LICENSE UNIT

Services ;

  • To carry out the leasing procedures of our participants who want to lease industrial facilities in our region,
  • Carrying out title deed transfer procedures of companies,
  • Carrying out the land return procedures of the participants,
  • Preparing incentive application documents, address and numbering letters,
  • To follow up building license procedures and supervise applications,
  • To carry out building occupancy permit procedures and supervise the applications,
  • Carrying out building inspection procedures and supervising applications,
  • To carry out GSM workplace opening and working license procedures and to supervise the applications,
  • To carry out National Address Database operations,
  • To carry out the basemap operations of the region,
  • To make expropriation transactions,
  • Preparation, approval and implementation of zoning plans and amendments,
  • Preparation, approval and implementation of parceling plans and amendments,
  • To carry out land registry procedures,
  • To carry out land application procedures and supervise the applications,
  • To prepare zoning status documents, application sketch and road elevation minutes,
  • Its main duties are to carry out the leasing transactions of the immovables belonging to the AOSB Legal Entity.

After the land allocation is made, the procedures to be followed by our industrialists are as follows;

  1. The zoning status document, application sketch and road elevation report of the allocated land are obtained from our Regional Directorate,
  2. A ground survey report and plankot of the allocated land is prepared,
  3. The EIA Report is obtained from the Provincial Directorate of Environment and Urbanization according to the subject of activity of the enterprise planned to be established,
  4. Architectural application, static-concrete reinforced concrete, mechanical, fire system and electrical projects are prepared and submitted to the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization.  https://uyds.yds.gov.tr  address and submitted to the approval of our Regional Directorate,
  5. Pursuant to the Building Inspection Law No. 4708, the building inspection company assigned to the project by the system makes a Building License Application to our Regional Directorate,
  6. After the construction is completed, an application is made to our Regional Directorate to obtain a Certificate of Occupancy.

Obtaining GSM Workplace Opening and Operation License;

Participants whose construction has been completed on the allocated parcel and who have received a certificate of occupancy, or participants whose parcel title deed transfer has taken place, or industrialists who want to start production by renting an existing industrial facility,  In the Workplace Opening and Working License Application form  must apply to our Regional Directorate within 30 (Thirty) days by preparing the documents in full.

FINANCIAL AFFAIRS AND FINANCING UNIT

It is the unit where the accounting affairs of our Regional Directorate are carried out. You can make your current account reconciliations with our unit that monitors and reports your current accounts as a result of various business and transactions.

In addition, you can give DBS (direct debit system) instructions to the bank branches specified below for the contract guarantees arising from your electricity, water and natural gas subscriptions with our Regional Directorate.

CONSTRUCTION WORKS UNIT

Within our region, 65,000 m of roads, 95,000 m of domestic water line, 39,000 m of Çatalan drinking water line, 130,000 m of rainwater line, 70,000 m of sewage line were constructed. In Adana Hacı Sabancı Organized Industrial Zone, all services such as maintenance and repair of roads providing transportation within the zone, arrangement of sidewalks and asphalting / concreting of road superstructure, sewage sewage network, maintenance and repair of domestic water and drinking water lines, creation, maintenance and cleaning of storm water drainage channels, continuous operation of storm water culverts are carried out by the Regional Directorate.
