AOSB continues its electricity distribution activities within the framework of the "OIZ Electricity Distribution License" obtained in 2007. AOSB's electrical energy needs are provided by 15 output feeders from 154/31.5kV Misis TM and 16 output feeders from 380/31.5kV Misis OSB TM belonging to TEİAŞ, which was commissioned in 2023.
The electricity distribution network consists of 9 main distribution centers, 21 distribution centers and 131 auxiliary distribution centers.
In the distribution of electrical energy, an interconnected closed ring distribution network system is used to provide uninterrupted, continuous and high quality electricity to our industrialists. As of the end of 2016, the electricity distribution network was completely transferred to the underground network and energy was provided to the industrial parcels of our participants independently through the underground network.
The OIZ electricity distribution network can be monitored and controlled 24 hours a day with the SCADA system.
In order to maintain continuous and effective electricity operation service, our operation personnel provide 24/7 service in shift order. As of the end of 2023, 1.7 billion kWh electricity consumption was realized by 639 electricity subscribers in our region. As a result of the renewal works and maintenance and repair activities we have carried out, our loss and leakage rate in electricity has been realized as %0.3 (3 per thousand). These rates are the lowest rates both among OIZs and in Turkey.
In our region, we have RMS-A/1 station with 75.000 Nm3/h 35-70 bar inlet and 12-19 bar outlet and RMS-A2 station with 30000 Nm³/h35-70 bar inlet and 30 bar outlet. A2 station is used for the needs of a company that produces electricity with cogeneration.
Within our region, 23 km of steel lines of various diameters from 2″ to 12″ and 67.5 km of polyethylene lines were laid. Along with these lines, there are a total of 6 RMS-B stations with 3-4 bar output, 5 of 9000 Nm³/h and 1 of 5000 Nm³/h.
With the aforementioned infrastructure, natural gas is supplied to industrialists in our region. Operation, maintenance and repairs of RMS-B, RMS-C stations and infrastructure are carried out by us.
The main responsibility of our unit is to ensure the uninterrupted service by ensuring that the protection and physical structure of the natural gas infrastructure and superstructure distribution system within the region is constantly operational. AOSB has an annual natural gas consumption of 175 million Sm3 and is operated with a loss rate of approximately %0.5.
The 1st Domestic Water Treatment Plant, commissioned in 1992 to meet the domestic water demand of the region, and the 2nd Domestic Water Treatment Plant, commissioned in 2017, are located by the Ceyhan River, 4.5 km from the region. The total capacity of the plants is 9,250 m 3 /h and 222,000 m 3 /day. The water taken from the Ceyhan River is treated and pumped to two 15,000 m 3 capacity, two 6,000 m 3 capacity and one 4,000 m 3 capacity water tanks located in the region and supplied to the factories in the region from these points.
Since the year the facility was commissioned, uninterrupted water has been supplied to the companies.
AOSB Wastewater Treatment Plant, which treats domestic and industrial wastewater from factories and facilities in Adana Hacı Sabancı Organized Industrial Zone, consists of Physical, Chemical and Biological Treatment Units.
The plant is designed as 2 (two) stages. The current daily flow rate of the Wastewater Treatment Plant, which has a total capacity of 72,000 m 3 /day (1st Stage36,000 m 3 /day and 2nd Stage36,000 m 3 /day), varies between 65,000 m 3 /day and 70,000 m 3 /day.
The Wastewater Treatment Plant was built in accordance with centralized treatment standards according to European Union norms. The plant is a complex facility that includes physical, chemical and biological treatment as well as treatment of heavy metals such as nitrogen and phosphorus.
The characteristic of the wastewater coming from the companies in the region to the Wastewater Treatment Plant, which serves 482 companies producing in our region, is Mixed Industrial wastewater, which cannot be identified by sector, and the wastewater treated in the plant is discharged to the receiving environment (Ceyhan River) in accordance with Table -19 Standards of the Water Pollution Control Regulation.
In Adana Hacı Sabancı Organized Industrial Zone, all services such as maintenance and repair of the roads providing transportation within the Zone, creation of the infrastructure of the new roads to be opened, arrangement of sidewalks and concreting of the road superstructure, maintenance and repair of the sewage network lines, design and implementation of the new routes to be built, creation, maintenance and cleaning of storm water drainage channels, and keeping the storm water culverts in continuous operation are carried out by the Regional Directorate.
Building License, Occupancy Permit (Iskan) and GSM Workplace Opening and Operation License of the enterprises are issued by our Regional Directorate. In addition, services such as zoning status and application plans of lands, preparation of zoning plans, amendments, parceling plans (for land registrations), approval and supervision of projects of superstructure industrial facility constructions are also carried out by the Regional Directorate.
In the Regional Directorate building, conference halls are at the service of entrepreneurs. In addition, the Regional Directorate's construction equipment, fire brigade vehicles, patient transport vehicles, garbage collection trucks, road sweeping vehicles are at the service of the factories operating in the region. The vehicles have sufficient capacity for all general purpose, electricity, domestic water and waste water issues.
Yüreğir State Hospital AOSB Neighborhood Polyclinic, which is located within our regional borders and has 24/7 Emergency Service, serves with 9 different branches.
Yüreğir State Hospital AOSB Neighborhood Polyclinic serves with Chest Diseases, Ophthalmology, Internal Medicine, Urology, Otorhinolaryngology, General Surgery, Radiology, Orthopedics and Pediatrics polyclinics.
Completed in 2015, our bazaar center offers high standards of service to industrialists within AOSB to facilitate their business life. The AOSB Trade Center, which includes notary services, cargo services and shopping opportunities, enables our industrialists to carry out their daily business within the zone, while at the same time providing entrepreneurs with the opportunity to develop their business ideas with the Cube Entrepreneurship Center.
Ç.Ü. Textile Quality Control Laboratory, established with the support of the European Union within the AOSB Zone, provides international quality control services to textile companies. The facility serves not only Adana but also the whole region.
Türk Telekom Power Plant has the capacity to serve 5500 subscribers with telecommunication lines and provides telephone, ADSL internet and data services.
Treatment and care of patients coming from businesses and ambulance services are provided.
It provides all postal, cargo and invoice collection services.
