KASTAMONU INTEGRATED WAS THE WINNER OF AOSB FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT
The Industrial Football Tournament within the scope of the Sports Festivals organized traditionally every year by Adana Hacı Sabancı Organized Industrial Zone (AOSB) Regional Directorate ended with the final match watched with bated breath. The champion team was Kastamonu Entegre Ağaç Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.
Adana Hacı Sabancı Organized Industrial Zone, which adds value to the economy of the city, region and country with its strong management team, the value it gives to its employees and the smooth and uninterrupted production opportunities it offers to its industrialists, enlivens both the city and the Industrial Base of the South with its artistic, sports and social activities.
The Football Tournament, organized for the 10th time this year to strengthen the bonds of friendship, brotherhood and solidarity among industrial employees, to make love and respect prevail with the unifying and integrating aspect of sports, and to provide morale and motivation, was the scene of a gentlemanly struggle. In the tournament organized at Simeranya Sports Facilities, the teams competed for the championship while their colleagues and families provided morale and motivation with cheers and applause.
AOSB Board Member Mehmet Tosmur, Regional Director Ersin Akpınar, Technical Affairs Director Emre Ocak and Support Services Manager Feridun Kara attended the first match of the tournament, where the teams competed for third place.
In the first match of the tournament for the third place; Geta Tarım ve Gıda San.Tic.A.Ş. and ADM Besin ve Tarım A.Ş. faced each other. Defeated 11-5, Geta Agriculture became the third.
Kastamonu Entegre defeated ADM Besin 4 - 1 and Omnia Nişasta defeated Geta Tarım 9 - 2 in the semifinals and Kastamonu Entegre Ağaç Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. became the champion after defeating Omnia Nişasta 2-1 in the final match. Omnia Nişasta, on the other hand, had to settle for second place. ACN Kimya team was selected as the "most gentlemanly team" in the tournament; Mahmut Özkan from Geta Tarım team, who scored 12 goals, won the "goal king" award.
At the end of the tournament, AOSB Regional Director Ersin Akpınar, who presented the trophies and awards to the winning teams, stated that as an OSB that believes in the unifying power of sports, they always attach importance to sports activities.
Akpınar said, "I would like to congratulate all our teams who not only ranked but also participated in the tournament and fought in a gentlemanly manner with feelings of friendship and brotherhood. I would like to thank both our industrialists and their employees for their interest in our tournament and I hope to be in this beautiful family environment in many more tournaments."
