17 Companies from AOSB in ISO Second 500

In the list of Turkey's Second Top 500 Industrial Enterprises announced by the Istanbul Chamber of Industry; 17 companies operating in Adana Organized Industrial Zone, 12 of which are based in Adana, took place.

The companies included in the list, which is shown as the "league of giants" of AOSB, where all opportunities are offered for the smooth and uninterrupted production of industrialists, have become a source of pride for the region.

Bekir Sütcü, Chairman of the Board of Directors of AOSB, congratulated all the companies in the ranking and said, "I congratulate all our companies operating in our region, both Adana-based and headquartered in other provinces, and I believe that we will see these companies in higher ranks in the coming years."

President Sütcü stated that the future of Çukurova is bright and that the region's attractiveness will be crowned with the introduction of new investments, which will increase the number of large-scale companies.

Bekir Sütcü said that there is interest from foreign investors in our country and that the search for locations in certain sectors continues, and that they are making efforts to ensure that Adana can attract certain investments.

Reminding that the entire 6 million square meter expansion area was allocated to investors, Sütcü continued as follows:

"Our President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan approved the allocation of the Adana Eastern Mediterranean Main Container Port investment, which is equivalent to the installed capacity of all ports in our country and has strategic importance for our region. Adana is very advantageous in attracting investors due to its proximity to ports and better water resources compared to other cities. The container port, which will bring Çukurova to a much stronger position in the field of industry and trade, will accelerate the city economically. It should not be forgotten that this investment, which will contribute greatly to logistics costs and competitiveness for all sectors that produce and export, will also increase the demand for industrial areas. For this reason, it is important to review our industrial areas in Adana and plan industrial areas to support the port project."

President Sütcü added that expansion works are also underway for future investments.
