General Services

Maintenance and repair of roads providing transportation within the region, creation of the infrastructure of new roads to be opened, arrangement of sidewalks and concreting of road superstructure, maintenance and repair of sewage network lines are carried out regularly. We work with the understanding of a smooth infrastructure service to our industrialists by ensuring that all services such as the design and implementation of new routes to be built, the creation, maintenance and cleaning of storm water drainage channels, and the continuous operation of storm water culverts are maintained uninterruptedly.

Building License, Occupancy Permit (Iskan) and GSM Workplace Opening and Operation License of the enterprises are issued by our Regional Directorate. In addition, our Regional Directorate provides services such as zoning status and application plans of the lands, preparation of zoning plans, amendments, parceling plans for land registrations, approval and inspection of the projects of superstructure industrial facility constructions, with the aim of expanding our service scale and gathering all the items needed by our industrialists under one roof.

We prioritize our industrialist-friendly service policy in every service we offer, from electricity services to natural gas, from domestic water to waste water activities.

AOSB continues its electricity distribution activities within the framework of the "OIZ Electricity Distribution License" obtained in 2007. AOSB's electrical energy needs are provided by 15 output feeders from the 154/31.5kV Misis TM of TEİAŞ and 16 output feeders from the 380/31.5kV Misis OSB TM of TEİAŞ, which was commissioned in 2023. The electricity distribution network consists of 9 main distribution centers, 21 distribution centers and 131 auxiliary distribution centers. In the distribution of electrical energy, an interconnected closed ring distribution network system is used to provide uninterrupted, continuous and high quality electricity to our industrialists. As of the end of 2016, the electricity distribution network was completely transferred to the underground network and energy was provided to the industrial parcels of our participants independently through the underground network.

The AOSB electricity distribution network can be monitored and controlled 24 hours a day with the SCADA system. In addition, with the SCADA system, all data in the network are recorded and necessary analyzes can be made. Our subscribers can monitor their electricity consumption instantly thanks to the OSOS system. In order to maintain the electricity operation service continuously and effectively, our operation personnel provide 24/7 service in shift order.

Again, within the scope of our natural gas services in our region; we have RMS-A/1 station with 75,000 Nm3/h 35-70 bar inlet and 12-19 bar outlet. 23 km of steel lines and 66 km of polyethylene lines have been laid in our region and 6 9,000 m³ and 1 5,000 m³ RMS-B stations are active and currently in use.

We have 30.000 Nm³/h RMS-A2 station with 25-70 bar inlet and 30 bar outlet. This station is used for the needs of a company that consumes electricity with cogeneration. With the aforementioned infrastructure, natural gas is supplied to industrialists in our region. The operation, maintenance and repairs of RMS-B, RMS-C stations and infrastructure are carried out by us. AOSB consumes approximately 220 million Sm³ of natural gas annually and is operated with a loss rate of %0.03 (three per thousand).

Our Wastewater Treatment Plant in our region serves as Sewage System, Domestic and Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plant. Our Wastewater Treatment Plant was built in accordance with central treatment standards according to European Union norms. Designed in a complex manner, our facility performs physical, chemical and biological treatment as well as the treatment of heavy metals such as nitrogen and phosphorus. The entire plant operates at a level to meet a nominal hydraulic capacity of 90,000 m³/day.

Our Domestic Water Treatment Plant, which was established to meet the domestic water needs of the region, is located on the banks of the Ceyhan River, 4.5 km from the region. In our facility, which has a capacity of 800 liters/sec, there are two water tanks with a capacity of 15,000 m³, two with a capacity of 6,000 m³ and one with a capacity of 4,000 m³. With a capacity of 222,000m3/day, the water taken from the Ceyhan River is treated and supplied to the factories in the region as domestic water.

1/4 of our region benefits from Çatalan Drinking Water.

The GES facility, which was established in order to save energy in our AOSB domestic water treatment plant, generates energy with a total installed power of 2100 kWe GES at 3 different sites.

In 2023, 52 Solar Power Plant (SPP) facilities were commissioned and the total installed capacity of these facilities reached 67 MW. The total installed capacity of all solar power plants operating in our region has reached 202 MW. In addition, 58 companies have been given call letters to establish Unlicensed Solar Power Plants, and when the SPP installation processes of these companies are completed, our total installed capacity will reach 295 MW.
